Opening hours and prices

Maintaining a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other persons, adequate hygiene, wearing a medical mask or a respirator (FFP2 or comparable) in enclosed indoor spaces accessible to the public and regular ventilation of enclosed spaces are generally recommended.

    Accessibility

    The museum is fully wheelchair accessible. A lift is available for access to all exhibitions.
    Wheelchair-accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities are situated on the ground floor.

    Taking photographs and filming

    You may only take photographs or film for non-commercial purposes (no flashes permitted when photographing aquariums and terrariums). You must obtain permission in advance for the use of tripods. Commercial use of photographic material of any kind is subject to written permission.
