Dr. Vincent Vedel
Vincent Vedel is a french scientist with passion for the tropical forests of French Guiana. He qualified in evolutionary biology through a Ph.D. and in population genetics during a Post-Doc. He worked on the taxonomy of Asian spiders (Sparassidae) with the Senckenberg Institute at Frankfurt, Germany.
As a freelancer he worked as a guide in French Guiana and due to his passion for the group realized an extensive sampling of spiders there.
