Public services

Organisation of the annual mushroom advice and exhibition in co-operation with the local musroom club (PiNK) im Naturwissenschaftlichen Verein Karlsruhe (PiNK). Year-round advice of the public on mycological subjects, demonstrations, mushroom guides etc.

Research interests

Taxonomy, phylogeny, ecology and epidemiology of fungi with emphasis on obligate plant parasitic microfungi, particularly rust fungi (Pucciniales).
